This policy explains how Ali Ben Brahim, trading as ABBTN ("we"), handles personal data on this website and in Gym Platform.

1. What we collect

• Gym customers and prospects: name, gym name, email, phone and the messages you send us (demo form, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook).
• Billing: payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email, country and subscription status from Paddle.
• Usage: basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and working.
• Members of gyms using the platform: data that a gym collects about its members (such as name, contact details, bookings and memberships) is stored on its behalf. For that data the gym is the data controller and we act as its processor, following its instructions.

2. Why we use it

To provide and support the service, to bill subscriptions, to answer requests and send demos, to send service emails, and occasionally to send business offers to gyms (you can opt out at any time with the link in each email). We do not sell personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the service: Paddle (payments and tax), our hosting provider in the EU (OVHcloud), our email provider (Resend) and messaging platforms you contact us through. Each one only receives what it needs.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and billing data for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires. Prospect data is deleted on request or after 2 years without contact. Gym member data is deleted within 30 days after the gym's subscription ends, unless the gym asks for an export first.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, by emailing ali@abbtn.com. If you are a member of a gym, contact the gym first. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, stored on secured servers, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
