This policy explains what personal data Kinetic Noir ("we", "us"), based in Tunis, Tunisia, collects through the Kinetic Noir app and website, why, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and how you can access or delete it.

What we collect and why

The app asks for camera and photo library access only when you choose to add a profile or progress photo, and uploads only the picture you pick. It keeps your sign-in token on your device so you stay logged in.
We do not use advertising, ad identifiers, third-party analytics or tracking, and we do not sell your data or use it for profiling.
Who we share it with
- Kinetic Noir staff (front desk, trainers, managers) — only what they need: e.g. your name, photo and membership status at check-in, your bookings for their sessions.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers that store the data on our behalf, under contract.
- Google: the app loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (this shares your IP address with Google), and Google Play distributes the app.
- Authorities, only when required by law.
Nothing else is shared with third parties.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes, access passes are single-use and expire within minutes, and staff access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you as required by law if a breach affects you.
How long we keep it
- Account, membership, visits, bookings, training data and photos: while you are a member, then up to 2 years after your membership ends (for disputes and accounting), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Orders and invoices: as long as accounting law requires.
- Website enquiries: up to 1 year.
- Server logs and backups: rotated automatically and kept for a short period.
Delete your account and data
To delete your Kinetic Noir account and its data, e-mail alibenbrahimpro@gmail.com from the address on your account (subject "Delete my account"), or ask at the front desk. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can remove your progress photos, workouts, metrics, saved payment labels and (unless verified by staff) your profile photo yourself in the app at any time.
Deleted: your profile, photos, training and health entries, bookings, notifications and preferences. Kept, only where the law requires it: order and payment records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to the contact above. Depending on where you live, data-protection law (for example the EU GDPR, Tunisia's Organic Law No. 2004-63 or US state privacy laws) may give you further rights, including complaining to your data-protection authority.
Children
The app and memberships are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Significant changes are announced in the app.
